Items sold are not returnable nor refundable except when pieces are defective upon receipt. Utmost care is taken during the packing process, however, if there are defects, other than the ones listed on the description, please contact us as soon as possible to start the return or replacement process.

Information About Handmade Items
All of the pieces are handmade, and may look different to the ones pictured due to difference in screen resolution and colour profile. As handmade concrete items, air bubbles and surface imperfections can be expected. Such variations in finishing and design are what makes our pieces unique.

Care of Concrete Pieces
Our concrete pieces are strong and durable, but should be treated like ceramics as they can break or chip if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces.
